Arcadia Registration
Arcadia 2024 will take place at a campground in Virginia Beach, VA.
The campground name, address, and our campsite numbers will be shared with those who register to attend.
You must pre-register to attend. We will not be accepting payments at the gate.
Early Registration - $75
Includes basic meals during the retreat.
Early Registration deadline is July 31, 2024.
Regular Registration - $100
Includes basic meals during the retreat.
Regular Registration deadline is October 31, 2024.
Lodging
We have limited tent spaces available at our main camp this year. We are offering tent spaces at our main campsites for $35 for the entire weekend (Friday and Saturday nights). Please Contact us if you are interested in reserving a tent space (you are responsible for bringing your own tent). Tent space includes a Parking Pass for the campground for one car for the weekend.
Once our Arcadia tent spaces are filled, or if you would like to reserve a private campsite, cabin, yurt, or RV site, you may contact the campground directly to set up reservations. We will provide the campground’s reservation information to those who register. Standard campsites cost about $35 per night (after taxes and fees).
Attendees are also welcome to day trip (if they are local) or to reserve other nearby lodging outside of the park. Those who day trip or stay outside the park may be responsible for Parking Passes for their vehicle(s) if they park within the campground. Parking passes are approximately $10 per day.

Parking
If you reserve one of our tent spaces at the main camp, you will receive one complimentary parking pass per tent for the weekend and may park at your campsite.
If you reserve lodging directly through the campground, you automatically receive a parking permit for the length of your stay and may park at your campsite, cabin, yurt, or RV site.
If you are day tripping or have other lodging outside of the campground, you are responsible for purchasing your own parking pass upon entry into the park and may park in any of the public parking lots throughout the park. Parking passes cost approximately $10 per day.
