Arcadia Registration

Arcadia 2026 will take place at a campground in Cumberland, VA.

The campground name, address, and our cabin number will be shared with those who register to attend.

You must pre-register to attend.  We will not be accepting payments at the gate.

Regular Registration - $80

Includes overnight accommodations in cabin,  basic meals during the retreat, and a weekend parking pass.  Due to the max occupancy of our cabin, there are only eight spaces total in the cabin.

Day Trip Registration - $50

Includes basic meals during the retreat.  This option does not include overnight accommodations or a parking pass from the park.  You are free to reserve your own private space in the park, get a hotel room nearby, or day trip if you live nearby.

Lodging

We have reserved a 3-person / 2 bathroom cabin this year.  The cabin is climate-controlled; has a kitchen with microwave, stove, and coffee maker; and a fireplace.  There are six bunk beds and one full bed.  Linens are not provided. Due to maximum cabin occupancy, there are limited overnight spaces with us this year.

Attendees are also welcome to day trip (if they are local) or to reserve other nearby lodging outside of the park.  Those who day trip or stay outside the park may be responsible for Parking Passes for their vehicle(s) if they park within the campground.  Parking passes are approximately $10 per day.

Campground name, address, and cabin number will be shared ahead of the retreat to those who preregister.

Parking

There are three parking spaces at the cabin.  Most participants will need to park at the main ranger station and be shuttled to the cabin.

If you choose the Regular registration, we will cover the cost of your parking pass for the weekend.  If you choose the day trip option, you are responsible for your own parking pass. Parking passes cost approximately $10 per day.
