Please note that you are responsible for reserving your own campsite, cabin, or RV site through First Landing State Park if you plan to camp.  Park reservations include parking during your stay.

Day trippers are welcome, but are responsible for any parking fees imposed by the park.  Typically, a $10 per day parking fee is charged at the gate upon entrance to the park.

Prepay

We encourage you to pay in advance.  This helps us to know how many people to plan for.  We will be buying food and supplies ahead of the retreat.

Meals: Certain meals are included in your registration cost. If you have special dietary needs, please specify this on your registration form.

Special Health Needs: If you have any special health needs that we should know about, please include this information on your registration form.

Registration Form: All attendees who pre-pay online will be sent a registration form.  Please complete and return this at your earliest convenience. This not only helps us to better plan the event, it gives you the opportunity to address any special needs you have in advance rather than at the last minute.  If you do not receive a registration form, within two weeks of the retreat, please contact us (see below).
