(Be sure to put "Arcadia Workshop Proposal" in the subject line.) Leading a workshop or serving on a panel counts toward your required work shifts for the gathering.

This year's theme is: "Otherworld Spirits."

As this year's retreat is a focused weekend retreat, we have limited time slots to add additional workshops and activities to the schedule.  However, we will consider the possibility if you have a workshop or activity that fits well with our theme.

Workshops and activities should relate to the themes of Otherworld Spirits - ancestors, the Fey, Otherworld spirits and deities, connecting with the Other World.

Most workshops and activities should run approximately 60 minutes with about 15 minutes of Q&A after the presentation, though we may make exceptions for longer workshops.

To be considered, you must be registered to attend the retreat.  We reserve the option to edit workshop descriptions for grammar, punctuation, clarity, or space.

The earlier you get in your workshop proposal, the more likely it will included at the Gathering.  We will decide on initial workshops and activities after the July 31, 2020 early registration deadline.  Workshop proposals that come in after this will be on a first-come-first-served basis until our workshop slots are filled for the Gathering.
