We plan to have a vendor / organization tent available for vendors to sell goods and organizations to promote their groups, events, and projects.

Vendors may sell crafts, books, magickal supplies, artwork, and other goods.  Organizations may have flyers, pamphlets, business cards, and other information.

Vendors and organizations are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, money tendering equipment, and so forth.  Vendors may accept cash and/or electronic funds as they see fit, and for ensuring that you comply with any tax or business regulations (if required).  Vendors and organizations are not required to have any set operating hours, but are responsible for securing their products, equipment, money, and other materials when they are not tending their table.

The vendor tent will be near power outlets and WiFi, but realize that WiFi may be spotty.

There will be a small fee this year for vendors and organizations wishing to set up tables.  This add-on may be purchased on the Arcadia Registration page.

If you bring something to sell, we encourage you to donate one or more items to our raffle.  We will sell raffle tickets and raffle off items periodically throughout the gathering.  Any funds raised will go toward this gathering or put aside for next year's event.
