Some meals will be included in your registration costs.  We plan to offer dinner each night of the gathering along and a basic continental breakfast each morning.  Lunch is on your own.  For lunches, you are welcome to bring something to grill, to patronize the nearby Bear Creek Market, or to bring something simple to make (such as sandwiches).

Day 1: (Wednesday)

Dinner – Make your own “camp” pizzas.  We’ll provide English muffins, pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and assorted pizza toppings.

Day 2: (Thursday)

Breakfast – Continental (coffee, tea, orange juice, fruit, bagels, oatmeal)

Lunch – On your own

Dinner – Weenie roast -- Hot dogs, Veggie hot dogs, chips, and sides

Day 3: (Friday)

Breakfast – Continental (coffee, tea, orange juice, fruit, bagels, oatmeal)

Lunch – On your own

Dinner – Chili and vegetarian chili.  We’ll provide tortilla chips, cheddar cheese, and both meat and vegetarian chili options.

Day 4: (Saturday)

Breakfast – Continental (coffee, tea, orange juice, fruit, bagels, oatmeal)

Lunch at a nearby restaurant in Cumberland after the gathering for anyone who wants to stick around.  Restaurant will be announced.  This is a chance to talk about what went well, what didn’t, and to brainstorm ideas for next year’s theme.  It’s also a last chance to socialize before everyone heads their separate ways. 

We are looking for one, possibly two, people with experience cooking and preparing meals at a campsite to help with meals (especially dinner).  If this is you, please This email address is being protected from spambots.
